Title: 1. Booking Confirmation Body: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers, and activity operators. A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and written confirmation from Reason to Flyy.

Title: 2. Payment Policy Body: The booking amount and payment schedule will be communicated at the time of reservation. Full payment must be completed within the specified deadline. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation or changes to the booking, subject to supplier terms.

Unless expressly included in the confirmed package, visa fees and related expenses are the traveller's responsibility.

Final Confirmation and Acceptance Body: By confirming the booking and making payment, travellers acknowledge that they have reviewed the final itinerary, package inclusions and exclusions, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation terms. The confirmed quotation and supplier conditions will apply to the booking, subject to applicable law.
