Terms

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotels, resorts, airlines, and local service providers. A booking will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Reason to Flyy. Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.

Payment Policy

The payment schedule and booking amount will be communicated at the time of reservation. Full payment must be completed within the specified deadline. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking and applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing to Reason to Flyy. Cancellation charges and refund eligibility will depend on the hotel or resort policy, airline rules, transfer arrangements, activity providers, and the date of cancellation. Non-refundable bookings and services may not qualify for a refund. Any eligible refund will be processed after receiving the applicable refund from the service providers.

Flights & Transfers

International flights, domestic flights, boat transfers, and airport transfers are included only when explicitly mentioned in the confirmed package quotation. Transfer schedules may be affected by weather, sea conditions, flight delays, or operational restrictions. Additional expenses arising from missed connections or rescheduled transfers may be payable by the traveller unless otherwise covered by the applicable provider policy.

Activities & Weather Conditions

Water sports, lagoon cruises, snorkelling, island excursions, and other activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety requirements, and the operating policies of local providers. Activities may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to adverse weather or safety concerns. Any refunds or alternatives will be governed by the relevant supplier's policy.

Taxes & Additional Charges

Applicable taxes, tourism levies, resort fees, environmental charges, and other mandatory local fees will be handled as specified in the confirmed quotation. Any charges not included in the package price must be paid by the traveller directly to the relevant service provider, where applicable.
