Title: 1. Booking Confirmation Body: All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from the hotel or resort and relevant service providers. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Reason to Flyy.

Title: 2. Payment Policy Body: The payment schedule, advance amount, and final payment deadline will be communicated at the time of booking. Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation or changes, subject to supplier policies.

Title: 3. Passport and Entry Requirements Body: Travellers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents and meeting the Maldives' passport, immigration, and entry requirements applicable to their nationality and travel dates. Requirements should be checked before departure.

Title: 6. Airport and Island Transfers Body: Transfers may be arranged by speedboat, domestic flight, or seaplane, depending on the resort location and confirmed booking. Transfer schedules depend on arrival and departure times, weather, and operator availability. Additional costs may apply for missed connections or schedule changes.

Title: 7. Meals and Beverages Body: Meals and beverages are provided according to the confirmed meal plan. Special meals, premium beverages, room service, minibar items, and dining outside the booked plan may incur additional charges.

Snorkelling, scuba diving, dolphin cruises, fishing trips, water sports, spa treatments, and other excursions are subject to availability, weather, safety requirements, and additional charges unless explicitly included in the package.
