Terms
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services at the time of confirmation. A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required payment is received and confirmation is provided by Reason to Flyy. Prices may change until the booking is confirmed.
Payment Policy
The advance payment and balance payment must be made according to the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. Travel documents, hotel vouchers, and service confirmations will be shared as applicable after the required payments are completed. Any additional charges arising from changes requested by the traveller must be paid separately.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges will depend on the hotel, transport provider, tour operator, airline, and other suppliers involved in the booking. Any applicable cancellation fees and non-refundable amounts will be communicated according to the confirmed booking terms. Transfers Between Phuket & Krabi
Transfers between Phuket and Krabi will be arranged according to the confirmed itinerary and selected package. The mode of transport may be road transfer, ferry, speedboat, or another specified service. Additional transfers, missed connections, or changes requested by travellers may incur extra charges.
Meals & Personal Expenses
Meals are included only as specified in the confirmed package. Lunch, dinner, beverages, room service, laundry, shopping, tips, minibar expenses, and other personal purchases are excluded unless expressly stated in writing.
Itinerary Changes & Delays
The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, operational requirements, local restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Reason to Flyy will endeavour to assist with suitable alternatives where possible. Any additional costs arising from changes or services not included in the original booking will be handled according to the applicable supplier terms.
