Refund Policy

Visa assistance service fees are subject to the refund policy communicated by Reason to Flyy at the time of booking. Government visa application fees, appointment fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable where stipulated by the relevant authority or service provider. Any eligible refund of Reason to Flyy service fees will be processed according to the agreed cancellation and refund terms. Please review the applicable policy before making payment.

Visa Rejection

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant US authorities. Reason to Flyy does not guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, or a specific processing time. If an application is refused, service fees already earned for services delivered are not automatically refundable. Any further application, reapplication assistance, or new government fees may be charged separately.

Overstay and Immigration Compliance

Travellers must comply with all US immigration laws and the conditions of their admission. The visa validity period does not determine the permitted length of stay.
